Obtained from the vineyards cultivated in the commune of Barbaresco, this wine is characterized by fresh aromas with notes of blackberry, jam and spices. It is an enticing Barbera d’Alba with a modern taste.

COLOR: bright and deep ruby red.
PERFUME: vinous, fruity, with notes of fresh fruit, blackberry, jam, spicy and toasted aromas.
TASTE: full and round, with balanced acidity and freshness.
ALCOHOL BY VOL.: 14% Vol.
MATURATION: after the fermentation and the initial pump-overs, it is bottled and should be consumed within two-three years, according to the vintage characteristics.
FOOD PAIRINGS: perfect with any dish, especially with pasta, meat, game and fresh or ripe cheeses. Serve at room temperature if the wine has aged for max. 1 year in the bottle, at about 18°C after the first year of ageing in the bottle.
